Iām adding a format to keep it civilized and I ask everyone to keep it SHORT. This is introductory and if someone is interested will surely contact you.

Tetranome, Design Lead @ Bankless Academy
Why do you want to become a badgeholder?
Iād like to offer some of my time to the early days of the Citizen House, looking into potential grant recipients, sharing my perspective, and going through badgeholder process to provide feedback where necessary. As a public goods builder and member of a RPGF recipient party, I offer my discernment and experience to the existing body of badgeholders, and the builder community.
What are your areas of expertise?
Web3 education, from my experience in researching, building, writing, and running workshops for Bankless Academy.
DAO projects/products/governance, from my time at BanklessDAO.
3d artwork/game design, Iāve worked in the game/animation industry for a number of years.
Uffā¦ I just was waiting figuring out who is gonna pop up here. Super happy to see your name. And besides iām not a badgeholder, neither a super token holder, iām BanklessDAO contributor that knows that your works speaks by itself and you are and excellent and very aligned coordinator.
Who are you?
Billy191, Support-NERDs and Ambassador of Optimism (Collective)
Why do you want to become a badgeholder?
I stay in the Optimism since the governance is not born until the collective is built up, I saw many projects, educators, and builders that make a good impact on Optimism whether sharing a vibe in the Optimism collective or developing the ecosystem better and better, I would like to support those of them via a grant through RetroPGF process like good impact should be rewarded. As I ever am one of the recipients in previous RetroPFG rounds and might be the OG of Optimism, I want to share my perspective and opinion and expect that I would be beneficial to other badgeholders and the collective.
What are your areas of expertise?
DAO Governance / Web3 Space / Supporter
Blockchain Education (especially about Optimism via Twitter)
Web Developer (Frontend) (currently, I am making site about RetroPGF

Hello, Iām thinkDecade, a passionate advocate for decentralized systems and a believer in the power of community-driven initiatives.
Why do you want to become a badgeholder?
The badge is a solemn pledge for me. It is a pledge to uphold the values, ethos, and vision of this community, which strives to create a better-decentralized future. The badge is a torch, illuminating the path for others who share the same passion and curiosity for all the experiments happening with the collective, while also signifying the trust and responsibility bestowed upon its holder by the community. I aspire to be one of these torchbearers, ensuring that our collective journey is both purposeful and progressive.
I want to be a badge holder because I believe in the power of collaboration, innovation, and diversity that this community fosters. I want to be a part of this vibrant and dynamic network of DAO and web3 enthusiasts, experts, and learners who are constantly pushing the boundaries of governance and exploring new possibilities.
I want to be a badge holder because I have something to offer to this community: my skills, my knowledge, my creativity, and my relentless enthusiasm. I want to be a badge holder because I have something to learn from this community: new perspectives, new insights, new challenges, and new opportunities.

Hello everyone, my name is TĆ¢n Binh, Iām currently a Support-nerd and an Ambassador at Optimism. Over the year, Iāve helped with resolving user issues across the Optimism discord server, as well as sharing translated and summarized ecosystem and governance news with my community through the regional channel on Discord or on Twitter.
Why do you want to become a badgeholder?
For me, the main objective of the Citizen House is very intriguing. Currently, there are numerous projects and people who have invested their time in building products to assist users, which create many positive influences on the Optimism and Ethereum ecosystems without expecting any return. The process of voting and allocating funds toward public goods, thereby helping and creating an exit for every project, is commendable (Impact= Profit). The process also ensures that those who have been dedicated throughout the year receive recognition and support for their contributions. The Optimism vision really resonates with me, and being a part of the Citizen House and helping with the process of making this decision is something I truly hope to be a part of.

Why do you want to become a badgeholder?
I would like to contribute my time and experience to build and continue shaping the future of Citizensā House. I am aware that becoming a badgeholder represents a great responsibility and I am ready to take on the challenge.
As part of the Optimism en EspaƱol team and a contributor to SEED Latam, I do not feel it is honest or to receive a badge from Delegate @Joxes or @CryptoChica, considering the new rules for badgeholders in RPGF3.
That is why I am submitting my nomination to become a badgeholder supported by a member of the Collective who considers that my contributions could be valuable.
What are your areas of expertise?
Web3 Education, Digital Marketing, and a broad knowledge of the Optimism ecosystem.
My name is Daljeet. I am a co-founder of openblocklabs.com and we work on using quantitative methods to help protocols grow and become sustainable. We have been working on a number of projects around grant allocation and incentive optimization for Lido, Aave, Sui, Uniswap, etc. We use statistical techniques to understand the true lift of a grant and attempt to quantify the effect a given piece of growth (increase in TVL, volume, etc.) provides in value to the larger ecosystem.
Why do you want to become a badgeholder?
I would like to leverage our team of data scientists and our past experiences to help evaluate impact for Optimism RPGF and provide data-driven lists and attestations to add a layer of data intelligence to the decision making process.
What are your areas of expertise?
Data science, statistics, and machine learning experience to help quantify the value of public goods on the ecosystem.
Weāve also built and provide quant services for a number of the premier DeFi protocols, so Iām pretty well-versed in that space as well.
