According to the Special Voting Cycle #9a: Protocol Delegation Program proposal, the below protocols have qualified for the Protocol Delegation Program in Season 3.
There will be a recorded onboarding call on January 23rd at 19:00 GMT to go over the requirements of the program (including proper delegate commitment guidelines) and to introduce protocols to the Optimism governance process.
The following 15 protocols have qualified based on gas fees generated in Season 2 and have opted-in to participate in Season 3 governance. 100% of the below protocols have opted-in to participate with the understanding that a 70% voting participation rate is required. 100% of the below protocols have agreed to abide by the delegate code of conduct.
