Cryptoconexión and Nación Bankless are going to set a Track for a new Hackaton: x.com

The content it’s in Spanish, but you can check it here: CharmVerse - the all-in-one web3 space
In this track we have a wonderful opportunity to use Optimism to create a digital ballot and counting system with identity abstraction. At the moment with a prize of 200 OP for the first place and 100 OP for the second place. We will experiment with new projects and decision making to carry out the outlines of voting in Mexico.
We don’t want to stop delivering and taking full advantage of the tokens received in the RPGF 3.

Dear community and collective It has been a great journey today to talk about what we have built and what we have done with the funds received during RPG3, we know it is not necessary, but it is part of the transparency we like to have and the plans we have in the coming months.

During the RPGF3, we received 4968.96, which made us take a big breath of fresh air because we were underwater, given the details that arose with our parent DAO. The first approach we thought of was to distribute all the funds among the contributors, which caused a quick sense of discomfort and dissatisfaction, so we had to use more complex tools, but in the end we were more satisfied and consensus was reached.

This is the link to see all the distribution: CharmVerse - The Network for Onchain Communities

In order to have a more stable and transparent framework for the distribution of funds, I reviewed each of the details of the proposal that we uploaded to the collective, in which it was evident that the initial distribution of funds was wrong, although it was even, it did not meet the impact=profit ethos that Optimism was looking for. Here are the links to the NFT number 1 and number 2, that we used to evaluate and the link to the original proposal, so I created a different table.

In summary with the budget we have done many things, we offered sustenance to our contributors who managed to withstand the tough bear market and wait for our first RPGF, those who stood firm and stayed within our community during the worst part. We also organized other events that contributed to the growth of the hispanic community and which made us very happy.

  1. We sponsored a Hackathon in Mexico City together with Kairos Research, leaving a track of 200 OP for whoever could develop the project on this chain.
  2. We used the funds received to create the first cohort of Nounish writers in Latam, with an explosion of articles (60+ long format quality content in spanish) on the t2 app: app.t2.world/t/amigos .
  3. The remaining funds will be used to finance another cohort of writers and the rest is still under discussion. We are happy with the results.

Our entire workflow has now transitioned to being fully on-chain. This shift was driven by our deep understanding of on-chain metrics and the evolving ways we measure impact.

With this insight, we made the strategic decision to move our newsletter to Paragraph, a platform that aligns with our mission. As of today, we’ve already published 253 articles on Base, each of which can be minted and preserved for the long term. These articles cover a broad range of topics, including science, decentralization, translations, and insightful opinions from the BanklessDAO and BanklessHQ communities. This rich content not only highlights our commitment to these critical subjects but also provides valuable educational resources for our growing community.

In parallel, we dedicated significant energy to migrating from Notion to Charmverse, further enhancing our processes. This shift has made our proposals more interactive and dynamic, allowing for token-gated access to information and recordings. By doing this, we’ve created a more private and secure space for our discussions, while also offering the option to mint our conversations and content, adding another layer of ownership and long-term value for our community.

One of the most exciting parts of this journey was the Farcaster quest. Through this initiative, we began onboarding users to Warpcast, a decentralized platform that leverages the farcaster protocol, where we engaged the community through minting opportunities and interactive games. We even hosted contests around frame creation and offered crash courses to help people get up to speed on how to use the platform effectively. This approach fostered a sense of creativity and collaboration among participants.

It has been an incredible journey so far, and we are deeply grateful for the support and engagement we’ve received from all of you. Your willingness to listen to our needs and contribute to our vision has made all of this possible, and we look forward to continuing to build this innovative, decentralized future together.

Thanks for all the reviewers @ReneHdz @anaphant @MonicaTalan

Congratulations to the team as you continue to lead in transparency and engagement. I have seen your impact firsthand.

Thanks my friend, It’s a great way to share a good transparency report. We need more than this for the rest of the grantees and beneficiaries. :rocket: :metal: :black_flag: :black_heart:
