How will this Delegate Mission Request help accomplish the above Intent?

• Mission reduces workload on the Foundation’s Governance Lead and team.
• Team schedules weekly onboarding calls to familiarize newcomers with guidelines, recent events and understandability of the governance system
• Moderating threads to ensure they stay on topic and adhere to Code of Conduct
• Celebrate community achievements and badges to increase participation

What is required to execute this Delegate Mission Request?

• 3-5 contributors across various time zones
• Training module created in partnership with Governance Lead
• Contributors must complete training with satisfactory score set by Governance Lead

How should the Token House measure progress towards this Mission?

• These measures should focus on progress towards completion. Including expected completion dates for each is recommended

ps. of course other media is good too. However, imo Twitter has the most reach. Also come with public stats. Other media has lower reach. Some are non-measurable.

I endorse this. Although i think it would be better to grab github and maybe farcaster metrics? Perhaps all three?

• Farcaster would be great because we can leverage on chain socials
• Imo the highest signal to noise ratio and quality of information is on github so thats why i advocate for it to be there as well.

There is flexibility on how to best administer…with that said, I can absolutely administer this if the community feels that’s the most efficient path forward. Moreover, I have support behind me which can help to take on some of the evaluation workload - especially the more technical aspects. However I’d like to flag that I’m an operations core contributor at Intuition Systems and I know the engineering team would like to apply to this mission if it passes. So I’d like to first ensure that there are no conflicts and/or we have an administrative path forward that prevents any favoritism. I guess the tldr is it would be best to have a group of folks helping to administer and I can lead that effort if others feel its the best path forward.

The main difference between those two is that the first proposal: Front-running protection via shielded mempool for OP Stack using threshold encryption (Stage 1: feasibility study) was focused on research and evaluation of implementing shielded/encrypted mempool by threshold encryption.

Mission Request: “Implement a prototype of an OP stack chain with mempool encryption” is focused on the actual implementation of encrypted mempool into the OP Stack and is a more general proposal that is not limited only to threshold encryption, but the mission will allow for the eventual evaluation and implementation of different solutions + evaluation of the results once implemented in the OP Stack chain.

Hey @brichis, thanks a bunch for getting back to me!

I had no clue about that post, so your heads-up is much appreciated. While our ideas vibe on tracking progress, the twist in my mission request is all about giving a big-picture view and generate more inclusion. This mission is designed to support both spanish and english speakers and aim to break down the important stuff in a way that’s easy for everyone to get, whether they’re super into tech or not.

I want to clarify that this mission do not pretend to replace in any way the Milestones and Metrics Sub-Committee but to help the most members around the collective.
