-
This approach aims to save significant time for the projects by handling the thinking and organization of marketing campaigns. Organizer leverage their past experience to be their voice, educating the community and creating a bigger impact.
-
This way, the projects can focus more on building better services, while organizer take care of all the necessary elements for their campaigns, such as NFT designs, tasks, promo videos, marketing materials, and quest listings with possible rewards. if organizer invite 6-8 projects to each campaign organizer could have helped ~30 Top/New projects building on OP / onboarding many users to the projects/ecosystem and educating them
-
These campaigns are not just about listing a few tasks. They will be a mix of educational content, reviews, highlighting strengths, and demonstrating how they benefit users. The approach will be more of a “learn in action” format, which may come with future rewards or advantages. This approach aims to assist both builders and users, contributing to the ecosystem. This is especially relevant now, given the influx of Layer 2 solutions and the overwhelming number of projects launching in each ecosystem. It helps prevent users from potentially overlooking a great product or service.

How can This benefit the ecosystem and projects?
Several factors should be taken into account, as the campaign stands to benefit not only the entire ecosystem but also numerous projects and teams. Examining the Optimism Quest campaign in September 2022 and the team’s year-end report reveals a significant increase in transaction numbers—from around 4 million in August to nearly 11 million. Data doesnt lie that projects and the entire ecosystem can reap the rewards of marketing campaigns and educational content. This is particularly crucial as we venture into a potential bull market, as it has the potential to attract more users rather than adopting a passive “wait and see” approach to market developments.
If we want to be realistic, considering the number of new blockchains and marketing activities that other ecosystems are implementing, it seems that optimism is the need to take measures that can improve its position.
Considering the market always follows profit opportunities and incentives, and considering that a significant percentage of $OP tokens are still going to be distributed among users in the future, these campaigns can be one of the criteria that can create enough motivation among the community so that organizer can shift the attention towards the ecosystem and new and old projects. We all witnessed the result of this strategy on Solana, Manta Network or even with liquid staking projects gaining billions TVL and users.
It is an undeniable fact that the existence of conditions for receiving possible incentives will undoubtedly direct many funds and activities toward the ecosystem and projects. This position is important from several dimensions because it provides the chance and possibility for projects to introduce their services and services to users in action, as a result of which a large part of these funds can remain in the ecosystem and projects.
Stating that maybe an incentive is considered for the participants in the campaign can guarantee the multiple success of these campaigns.
This point should not be forgotten that taking into account things like incentives is not a prerequisite for the campaign, but it is one of the things that can be agreed upon by the projects and ecosystem, along with other marketing issues.
Missing Questions:
Please explain alignment with the relevant Intent
Sharing educational content, quests, and tasks to test and apply what you’ve learned will improve the consumer experience. This approach aims to educate even the least experienced users about the top features and services each project offers, turning them into repeat users. This, in turn, can lead to bridging more assets into the OP Network and increasing transactions on both platforms and the network, while gaining a deeper understanding of the ecosystem.
Please list responsibilities and/or expected deliverables
Organizer will take care of everything from A to Z. This includes exploring the ecosystem, reaching out to the projects and teams developing on OP, extending invitations to teams, and compiling all the necessary data and requests. Organizer will collaborate with the teams in each round to brainstorm campaign quest details, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and demands. Additionally, organizer’ll identify the best platform to host campaigns and work closely with each team to secure exclusive support.
Handling all aspects of NFT designs, promo videos, marketing materials, etc., is also part of our responsibilities. Organizer will conduct comprehensive reviews of each project in collaboration with their teams, aiming to understand the unique features and services they offer, their points of differentiation, and how users stand to benefit. Team will stay abreast of upcoming updates and gather all pertinent information for inclusion in our educational posts.
Furthermore, organizer will manage the listing of tasks/quests, NFT contracts, perk giveaways, and rewards provided by partner teams.
