The English Networking Club Latam for Testing Web3 Products is an exclusive community of enthusiasts in web3 located in Peru, dedicated to testing and evaluating Web3-based products in an English-speaking environment. The keep is invite to people who wants to explain about their entrepreneurship & projects while receiving feedback from our community.

This club focuses on creating a collaborative space for those interested in emerging technologies related to Web3, such as blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications. Its main objective is to promote the adoption and development of these technologies in the Latin American region while fostering improved English communication skills.

In fact, the club organizes events, workshops, and talks where industry experts share their knowledge and experiences in the field of Web3. These activities provide networking and collaboration opportunities among members, thereby fostering the building of strong professional relationships.

The English Networking Club Latam for Testing Web3 Products stands out for its focus on combining Web3 technology with English communication, providing its members with a competitive advantage by expanding their professional network internationally and opening new collaboration opportunities with companies and projects worldwide.

What makes your Alliance well-suited to execute this Mission?

The foco is to provide to the OP ecosystem the tools and usability of the products to our community and that increase the number of people involved in the ecosystem.

Lilian has experience with OP tools and management processes.

Beatriz has experience in planification, organization and roadmap of products.

Genesis, in Commercial & Relationship with customers.

David works with brands, startup and entrepreneurs.

Roadmap for the English Networking Club Latam for Testing Web3 Products:

Benchmark milestone 1: Educational Events and Workshops (August 28, 2023)

  • Organize introductory workshops on Web3 technologies to familiarize members with the concepts and tools.

  • Invite guest speakers from the industry to share their expertise and insights.

  • Host educational webinars and online courses focused on English language skills for effective communication.

Benchmark milestone 2: Testing and Evaluation Sessions (Nov. 15, 2023)

  • Coordinate regular testing and evaluation sessions for Web3 products and projects.

  • Collaborate with Web3 developers and project teams to provide valuable feedback and suggestions for improvement.

  • KPI : N° product tested per month

Measures the number of people who register and participate in the club. This will give you an idea of the acceptance and reach of the event. Count the number of projects that are tested. This will give you an idea of the active participation of the people and the level of creativity and collaboration.

  • KPI 2: Number of people in the club per month

With surveys or questionnaires to assess participant satisfaction with the club, activities, speakers, mentors, and overall experience in the OP ecosystem.

As a contributor of @seedlatam for the @Joxes delegation, I have analyzed this mission following the criteria mentioned in this post.

Summarizing in concise lines the main points of this proposal:

  • The proposal doesn’t respect the format: “Breakdown of the Mission’s budget request”. Is not indicated.
  • Regarding the request: 15k OP - no reference is made to the request, reason, uses, distribution.
  • It’s not framed in the times, this must be completed at the end of the season (09/20); the roadmap has the last milestone with projection in January 2024
  • Although a web3 club seems to be something that enhances a region, as well as being highly synergistic for its community; the goal of the project is not clear enough.
