Will the projects on op airdrop to the op holders when they launch tokens? I

I don’t think that’s within the remit of any of the Optimism bodies to say. It may be that some projects include token launches as part of their funding proposals to the Token House, which we then seek to hold them to, though ultimately this is down to the individual projects to decide and we can’t really enforce against them. I also expect most projects launching on Optimism won’t be native to Optimism (at least in the early days), so likely won’t airdrop their token to OP holders.

The OP tokens allocated by the projects as ecosystem incentives it most likely be as mining reward and other form of in reward for interacting with!
