Just curious, but how does Optimism Collective currently incentivize the people who haven’t or scarcely have tokens?
I’m also a frequent user/forum visitor of Op chain, but I wonder how much the governance system is aware of “user”.

i was thinking the same. I really want to learn what community think about it.
Last airdrop gave more power / OP current ones. Everbody says ‘engage in Op governance’ ‘make your voice heard’ but there is no incentives for new users from OP.
