I have been a member of the Security Council since its launch, and gone through the rehearsals. I have also been a Badgeholder and have voted in almost all rounds since Season 2.

I have been growing the Ethereum ecosystem in Africa for the last 2+ years through Borderless Africa. I have helped bridge the gap between the Ethereum ecosystem and African communities during that time, including with the Optimism Collective. https://borderless.africa/
Most of my work has been in supporting application builders and community leaders to bring to life the Ethereum vision of onboarding a Billion+ users.

Non-technical. But I have gone through the rehearsals for evaluating and executing upgrades for the Collective.
Please elaborate on your experience with relevant member (or Lead) requirements:
- I have participated in signing all the upgrades since the beginning of the OP Security Council, as well as all the rehearsals before the launch of the Security Council.
- I have actively and proactively been communicating with the OP Security council members and lead during each signing process. Also applied my security council key management and security process.
Please describe your philosophy on what makes a good Security Council member:
Being ready to sign non-controversial routine upgrades in a timely manner, highlighting inconsistencies in the process or proposals, and being ready and available in times of crises to protect the Superchain from orchestrated attacks.
