I’m not a delegate, being an Ethereum Community activist, builder and space holder since 2016.

Have you attended GravityDAO’s conflict resolution training?: Yes, and I also worked in GravityDAO core team.

If so, what was the most impactful learning you took away from this training?: it’s key content and knowledge for building a communication framework for brining wealth to tension events.

Please demonstrate any non-Optimism experience you believe is relevant to this role:

  • I’ve been living in Regen Alternative community spaces like TDF (Portugal) & DiamanteLuz (Costa Rica), holding IRL communities together.
  • As a Marketing Manager in GravityDAO I could learn about the code of behaviours that could keep an organization respectfully together.
  • Ways of Council and Liberating Structures facilitator.
  • Educator and Coordinator in DAO.education (2020-2021)
  • DAO Governance Lead at GoodDollar (2022)
  • Summoner of a DAO oriented to bring the spiritual world to our material life.

I’ve holded a Liberating Structure session for the community during a collaboration work with GravityDAO, also, I’ve been a OP holder since the airdrop (gustavosegovia.eth) and a user, this here might.
