The table has been updated to reflect accurate voting participation information - thanks to @MinimalGravitas and @v3naru_Curia for calling this to our attention.
One of the defeated proposals was included in our prior calculations, which lowered all participation percentages and excluded 8 delegates that have qualified for rewards.
The table has been updated to show the below delegates are eligible for 6,000 OP based on >70% participation:
