Slightly hesitant on this one. Iāve seen a lot of different initiatives for education that end up just fragmenting attention and adding confusion. That said, I think its a valid problem.

The focus of the kind of program I have in mind isnāt really education about Optimism or governance. Although these topics will be front and centre, the actual goal of the program is engaging delegates and governance participants in a way that enables them to develop their soft skills, build interpersonal relationships, and foster an environment of collaboration. Perhaps a more adequate title would be āInteractive Engagement Programā or something similar.

For your application to be considered, the Mission request must pass the Token House vote on February 14th. Submissions will not be considered if a Mission Request is not approved on the 14th.
