I’ve been in web3 since 2018, and in DAOs since early 2020. I worked 2 years at a web3 company full-time as a Project Manager/Customer Success Manager/Operations Lead.

I’m fascinated by the potential of DAOs and the opportunity they provide us to experiment with governance models in a massive decentralized way that wasn’t possible before.

I’m a passionate believer in the growth mindset and I’ve read (and am reading) countless books that help me develop my thinking.
