Upgrade Proposal #10: Granite Network Upgrade
We voted For: We have no complaints in this network upgrade and thank the labs team for their hard work.
We voted For: It makes sense to accept grants on a rolling basis and review applicants as they receive them until the grant funding runs out.
Rolling Mission Requests: Voting Cycle 27
We voted Experimentation of Infrastructure Subsidies, Targeted extension of Superfest, Optimism Full Financial Audit: The experimentation of infrastructure subsidies seems to be a widely encouraged initiative and we are in support as well. The extension of Superfest for targeted protocols is also nice and we think deserves to be revisited. Finally, we’ve had some concerns and confusion around different aspects of the DAO and think the financial audit is well needed.
Rolling Mission Requests: Voting Cycle 28
We voted Increase Prevalence of Non-USD/EURO Stablecoins: We are in favor of this mission request and think this specific topic makes sense. Seeing as there were also no other inbounds this cycle, we are in preference of this over no approvals.
Season 6: Standard Rollup Charter Ratification

Governor Update Proposal #3: Enable Onchain Treasury Execution
We voted For: We are in favor of this proposal and the steps it takes in further decentralizing the control of the token and DAO to the community. We are in favor of allowing OP token transfer proposals to be executed automatically on chain without relying on the Optimism Foundation, assuming more responsibility for the DAO.
Onchain Treasury Transfer Test
We voted For: We are looking forward to S7 and are in support of this test transfer to the new Milestones and Metrics Council.
Onchain Treasury Transfer Cancellation Test
We voted For: Similar reasoning as the initial transfer test, this validates the foundation’s emergency cancellation mechanism.
Decision Market Mission [Onchain]
We voted For: We would have liked some more discussion around this and think there are still a few kinks to be worked out, but overall, think that this experiment is not too costly and could be very interesting to see.
Grants Council Mission [Onchain]
Season 7: Intent Ratification
We voted For & For: We are in favor of the 10M OP from the governance fund to grant grants advancing this season’s Intent: Interoperability. $250m in cross chain asset transfers seems like a lofty but reasonable goal and we are excited to help partake in this mission.

Season 8 and 9: Budget Board Member Ratification
We voted For: This vision going into Season 8 and 9 makes a lot of sense. We are in favor of the budget board and the respective Lead and Genesis Cohort. (It’s great to see @danelund.eth and @katie back!)
Maintenance Upgrade: L1 Pectra Readiness
Maintenance Upgrade: Absolute Prestate Updates for Isthmus Activation & Blob Preimage Fix
We are In Support for both: (Optimistically Approve) These maintenance upgrades prepare OP for the Pectra upgrade and includes a critical fix for the block preimages bug and also sets activation time for the isthmus hard fork, and are aligned with the Pectra upgrade. We are in favor.
Season 8 and 9 Milestone and Metrics Council Selection
We voted Abstain: Being the M&M lead for S5/6/7, with the intention of running again for this upcoming season, we would qualify into the “selected set” under the current proposed criteria. Hence we are abstaining to support quorum, but will let the DAO decide if this proposed initiative is the favored way moving forward.
Season 8/9 Grants Council Charter
We voted For: We are confident with the proposed lead and believe there should be continuity from prior seasons, especially with how well the team operated.
