Maintenance Upgrade Proposal: Update Soneium Fee Vaults Recipient
We are In Support: This is an optimistic maintenance upgrade, so we are not casting an on-chain vote and are in support of it. It redirects Soneium’s chain fees to the chain governor’s new treasury wallet after Sony Block Solutions Labs migrated away from its previous enterprise wallet provider, updating the recipient on the four L2 fee vault predeploys, the Sequencer, Base, L1, and Operator fee vaults, and lowering the minimum withdrawal on the first three from 10 ETH to 5 ETH. This is routine operational housekeeping that points fees to the correct wallet and lets the vaults sweep a little more efficiently without touching protocol logic or Superchain security, so there is nothing here that warrants a veto.
