- Security Council nominations are due August 14th 19:00 GMT, nominees need 8 delegates approvals by August 19th.
- Cycle 25 Grants roundup:
- 50 applications received and managed to review 100% of them at each milestone.
- Applications not approved will be carried over to the next cycle for additional review by three more Grants Council members.

- Superchains grants are only going to be applicable for chains that are live, and the max amount they can request is 1M OP.

- ACC is internally discussing the voting UI bug that delegates had in the last voting cycle and brainstorming ideas on ways to decentralize voting.

- This round’s budget is set by the Foundation (8M OP), the budget for round 6 and 7 will be set by the Citizens’ House.
- Retro Funding 5: Expert voting experiment:
- People’s expertise that apply to be a guest voter will be measured based on their past Github activity related to the OP Stack. There will be more details on how the expertise will be measured in the next Joint House call.
- There will be three voter groups: Badgeholders with expertise (25 people), Badgeholder without expertise as control group and will be selected via random sampling (50 people) and Guest voters with expertise.
- Voters will be announced at the end of August.
