I would like to hear suggestions on what to do when a forum discussion goes way out of the proposed topic as it happened in: Protocol Delegation Program and many other topics. Don’t get me wrong I’m learning a lot from this particular case, but it’s in the Rules of Engagement that every delegate abided for.

I’m just pointing out that if it happens, and we see it, what is the proper procedure?

I am sorry, if you were not able to get on we will be posting a recording. It will just take some time to get as I had a friend create the zoom meeting for me.
