Risc Zero :handshake: Optimism

ZK fraud and validity proof development is coming to the OP Stack! After last year’s commitment to develop ZKPs on the OP Stack, Risc Zero’s Zeth now supports provably building and deriving Optimism blocks from Ethereum mainnet.

Zeth is Risc Zero’s block prover for Ethereum built on the RISC Zero zkVM. It has been designed to integrate smoothly with Optimism’s infrastructure, leveraging advanced zkVM technology for optimal performance. The latest Zeth augmentation expands ZK-backed possibilities across the Superchain ecosystem, including the potential introduction of a much more simplified fraud-proving process and full-validity proofs.
