- As Grants Council Lead @danelund.eth explains, Season 3 of the Governance Fund will have two cycles. Those looking to apply for the first of those cycles, Cycle #10, should do so before 19:00 GMT on February 1, 2023. All Grants Council details can be found on their new landing page; the Council’s internal procedures are detailed here and their aims here.
- The latest version of the Operating Manual, which “describes the current governance proposal process of the Optimism Collective,” has been posted by @lavande.
- RetroPGF round 2 nominations continue through January 31st. Check out the categories of education, infrastructure & dependencies, and tooling & utilities.
