All funds are locked for a year. As we cannot know OP token value upon disbursal, we’ve added a downside buffer on the token value.

I’ve seen this logic a few times and think it’s destructive and confusing. It makes it difficult to price proposals (given everyone having their own bad estimates of OP’s value a year from now).
