I share some questions and comments that arose during the Token House Community Call this Tuesday, November 19, hoping it will serve to continue feeding the conversation:

The importance of considering ādelegates as representativesā of the new chains that are joining the superchain. The Chain Delegation Program was mentioned as a good input.

Explore, within the process of the new delegates, possible actions to attract more token holders to receive their delegation.

Explain well the criteria to be a delegate. Also mention the participation objective that is expected.

Mention new tools such as AI assistants that can help delegates going forward.
I also want to take the opportunity to praise the work that @bleu_builders is doing with the OP Govquests 
, in the exploration of gamifying the process (and thank @brichis , again, for sharing this with us).
