I’m sharing here version 1.0 of the ‘Delegate Onboarding Checklist Infographic’ that we wannabe-govNERDs have developed as part of our contribution path. 
I would especially like to thank the participation of @delphine, @Pumbi, @bitblondy, @NickShakel, @brichis, @dmars300, @Megalod in creating this.

Now what?
Well, our intention with the creation of this first output, as well as the publication of this post on the forum, is to gather feedback from the foundation @system and delegates.
With that, we plan to continue working on these materials and make a more formal publication during Season 7.
Some of the questions we would like to address:
About the approach:
- Do you think this would add value to someone who is in the process of becoming a new delegate?
- Do you think it would encourage more people to decide to take that path, by mapping out the implications and responsibilities to take into account?
- How could we gamify the experience to make it more fun to participate?
About the format:
- Do you think this format works? Would you like it to be more or less detailed?
- What visual elements would make this more attractive?
- Should it have a lower proportion of information to graphics?
About the distribution of the content:
- At what stage and through what channel would it be appropriate for a new delegate to receive such an infographic?
- How can we make this easy to access and keep up to date?
- Who should we tag in this post so they know this is happening?
