Season 8 and 9: Budget Board Member Ratification

Reasoning: I’m excited to see the budget board come to life! I fully trust the Foundation’s appointees and am particularly pleased to see Dane leading the Genesis Cohort. The team’s strong focus on data and Collective context will be essential for this Board’s first iteration.
Additionally, there’s a minor protocol upgrade up for optimistic approval. I won’t be voting on this as I support the upgrade, it’s a relatively small change that sets activation times for the Isthmus hard fork across OP Mainnet, Ink, Unichain, and Base. The upgrade also includes a fix for a bug in the fault proof system related to EIP-4844 blob data handling.
