Yesterday I made a transfer from WorldApp to Crypto.com. I sold all the cryptocurrencies I had in Worldapp and tried to withdraw the money to my Crypto wallet using the Optimism network. When making the transfer to my wallet on crypto.com, I realized that something must have gone wrong because after 30 minutes, the transfer on WorldApp appeared to be completed, but I didn’t have any funds added to my Crypto wallet. Apparently, I tried to make a deposit using Optimism while the money in Worldapp is actually in USDC. I contacted Crypto Support, and they told me they could help if I paid $100 to complete the process. There seems to be a solution, but I’m struggling to resolve it. Is there any way to recover the money?
