Unfortunately, your delegate cannot do anything in this case.
Delegates do not have direct control over your tokens, they just have the power to vote on your behalf because you delegated voting authority to them.
I’m sorry for your loss. The same thing happened to me. I had to start my OP stack over again with a new wallet to continue voting/ delegating.
What happened? Can you explain what the scam was? Was it on Coinbase or was it a site pretending to be Coinbase?
