How will this Delegate Mission Request help accomplish the above Intent?

There is a lot of high-quality video content created about Optimism, its governance, and the Superchain.

By bringing all that content together in one place, we would make the information much more accessible to anyone interested in learning more about these topics.

Focus on governance: Governance is a complex topic that requires constant updating and involves a lot of reading time to understand the mechanics, councils, and structure. Video content makes this onboarding much more enjoyable and could lower the barrier to entry to increase the number of governance participants.

What is required to execute this Delegate Mission Request?

  • Create a specific channel where the content can be streamed: platforms such as YouTube or Twitch would seem ideal, but if there were a decentralized solution it would be an important addition.
  • Content curation: just because there is a lot of content does not mean that all of it is valuable. An exhaustive filter must be carried out to find the best resources that provide real value to viewers. Some examples of valuable content to be considered may be: Optimism Governance & Grants Overview: Season 5 by Michael.
  • Accessibility of the transmission and content: the idea of this mission is that the content is accessible at all times. It should be a constant streaming but at the same time have a repertoire with links of on-demand content so that the interested party can see exactly what is looking for.

How should the Token House measure progress towards this Mission?

  1. Establish the channel where the transmission will take place, with all the necessary information so that the viewer understands how to use it properly.

  2. Report of visualizations: Metrics are used to see the reach of the stream, as well as to verify that the transmission is working correctly.

  3. Content update: as the months go by and the development of both the Optimism Governance and the Superchain progresses, new content should be added to reflect these changes.

  • Correct maintenance of the transmission during the entire time this mission operates.
