Delegate Mission Request Summary:
Broaden the reach and enhance the impact of Optimism within the Chinese-speaking world, technically and physically. We want to connect more excellent Chinese-speaking engineers and builders to the Optimism community, to expand the Optimism Ecosystem.

How will this Delegate Mission Request help accomplish the above Intent?

We are building the Optimism Chinese Community to gather more Chinese-language public goods organizations to spread the Optimism vision.

The community was initiated and bootstrapped after members from Lxdao, GCC, and many other DAOs gathered at ETH Istanbul. With very little money and a lot of support from the broader

With 1.5 billion Chinese speakers and great engineering resources, we want to spread public goods and optimistic visions among Chinese speakers.

Intent 4 : ā€œImprove the Consumer Experienceā€ is relevant.

Through Optimism Chinese Community, OP can attract more educators, users, builders and others to the OP collective.

We will be the phoenix of the Chinese public goods ecology!

What is required to execute this Delegate Mission Request?

Gathering Chinese Public Goods Organization, Marketing,Organizational activities

Dissemination of the Superchain vision

Organize Chinese-speaking people to participate in Optimism eco-building.

How should the Token House measure progress towards this Mission?

Content

  • OP Governance content is updated weekly
  • Op in-depth article translations, 3~5 per month
  • Op Space activities, 2 times per month
  • IRL activities, 1~3 times a quarter.

Product

  • Introduce 1~3 excellent Chinese public goods to optimism every month to promote two-way understanding between Chinese-speaking regions and Optimism.

Governance

  • Output 1~3 research reports related to Optimism governance.
  • Bringing together more than 10 Chinese-language public goods organizations to facilitate the spread of Optimismā€™s vision to the Chinese-speaking world.
  • RetroPGF#4 Increased the number of applications for the Chinese Public Goods Program to 25+.

Impact will be an important factor in determining the workload, we will evaluate the impact index once a month to unlock part of the rewards.

We report quarterly, and progress can be accessed by Optimism token house representatives at any time.
