How will this Delegate Mission Request help accomplish the above Intent?
- Mission reduces workload on the Foundation’s Governance Lead and team.
- Team schedules weekly onboarding calls to familiarize newcomers with guidelines, recent events and understandability of the governance system
- Moderating threads to ensure they stay on topic and adhere to Code of Conduct
- Celebrate community achievements and badges to increase participation
What is required to execute this Delegate Mission Request?
- 3-5 contributors across various time zones
- Training module created in partnership with Governance Lead
- Contributors must complete training with satisfactory score set by Governance Lead
