GM everyone! It’s been an honor to contribute to the Optimism Collective as part of the Milestones and Metrics team in Seasons 5 and 6. I’m excited about the opportunity to build on this foundation as we transition into an independent Milestones and Metrics Council for Season 7. Thank you for considering my application.

I believe I am qualified to apply for this role based on the following criteria:
Expertise: Proficiency in measurement, evaluation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Over the past two years, I have been deeply involved in web3 governance and have led the development of governance analytics tools and services at Curia Lab. These tools aim to enhance transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making within DAOs, benefiting multiple governance participants across mutiple ecosystem.
- I have also supported the OP Foundation by auditing eligibility lists for Retro Governance Participation Rewards in Seasons 4, 5, and 6, ensuring accuracy through on-chain data analysis.
- During Seasons 5 and 6, I actively contributed as a Milestones and Metrics Committee member, working collaboratively with council members to ensure that grant milestone evaluations were thorough, transparent, and aligned with the collective’s goals. My contributions helped resolve conflicts and ensure timely disbursements of grants.
- While I do not have a technical background, I lead a team proficient in multiple programming languages, including Solidity. This allows me to effectively evaluate technical projects with the support of my team’s expertise.

As a builder in the Optimism ecosystem, I have delivered impactful tools:
- OP Governance Analytics Dashboard: Provides transparency and insights into governance participation for the Token House, Citizen House, and also Retro funding rounds.
- OP Dynamic Attestations: Developed to improve delegate recognition and streamline governance processes. This tool tracks the top 100 delegates on-chain, issuing and revoking attestations based on daily voting power changes. It ensures accurate and efficient integration with governance platforms such as Discord and Discourse, enhancing the experience for both proposers and delegates.
- OP Passport: A digital identity tool enabling governance participants to showcase their contributions and endorsements through privacy-preserving attestations.

Besides participating as one of the top 100 delegates in the Token House, I am also a member of the Citizen House and an active participant in reviewing and voting on Retro Funding proposals, from Round 3 to the most recent Round 6.
Impartiality:
- I am committed to maintaining objectivity and fairness in all evaluations. My decision-making process is rooted in data-driven analysis, and for nuanced cases, I consult with peers and experts to ensure informed and balanced outcomes.
Alignment:
- I am not aware of any conflicts of interest. In previous seasons, I disclosed any potential conflicts and recused myself from relevant evaluations. I will continue to uphold these standards of transparency and integrity.
Secure: Maintain good industry standard Operational Security practices with regards to multisig signing.
- I have been active in the crypto space since 2018, utilizing DeFi protocols and adhering to best security practices. I am confident in maintaining these standards while managing the council’s multisig wallet.
