I am an Optimism delegate [Delegate Commitments - #26 by OPUser] with sufficient voting power and I believe this proposal is ready to move to a vote.
After writing this, I realized that we should also provide our reasoning.
Many changes are reflected in the new proposal, none of token is going towards team or being used to boost their native token price. Amount of token request is justifiable and distribution is clear.
