I’ll be resigning from the delegate role at the end of season 8. I’ve written earlier about reducing my activity level gradually, so I don’t want to rehash reasons why. I intend to keep my record of not missing a single vote from the very first proposal in season 1 to the very last one of season 8. I hope by the end of season 8/2025 we’re at Stage 2, with initiatives towards governance minimization underway, so delegates will hold less power anyway. Either way, despite my disagreements, OP governance is a well-oiled machine now, so the time is right. Thanks to all delegates and governance operators & reviewers, it’s been my pleasure! To those who delegate to me, I recommend delegating to fresher voices instead who are in it for the long haul.
