Modification to Retro Funding 5 sizing

As the application process saw a lower than expected turnout, the Foundation has proposed that the Citizens vote on the OP allocation amount within the rounds voting. Round 5’s initial funding was set at 8M OP. With the proposed process, Citizens would vote for an amount within the range of 2M - 8M OP and the final allocation amount would be the median amount.

To allow for more testing and preparation, voting for this round will start on September 30th.
