My suggestion is to focus everything on Atlas. That would be:
- Create a profile
- Create an “organization”
- Create a project

In Atlas, you can see how your projects align with the current season’s Retro Funding programs.
Of course, you are free to work on public goods, and manage it as best suits you, but it’s important to keep in mind that compensation will be based on established metrics (currently focusing on Dev Tooling and Onchain Builders, as I shared with you).
These metrics serve to channel the energy that is added towards the collective intent.
