In general, a Badgeholder is a member who has a good understanding of Optimism governance and public goods, and who is a good builder of public goods, which is a metric considered by the Foundation for Citizen house elections.

Is this person a committed advocate for the value of public goods in cryptocurrency or other areas?

Can this person help advance the process and structure of retroPGF as a funding mechanism?

Is this person a domain expert in any of the funding categories in retroPGF?

Does this person demonstrate a strong identification with the long-term development and collective mission of the optimistic ecosystem?

Retroactive Public Goods Funding (Retro Funding) 5 will reward contributions to the OP Stack.
