Why are off-chain activities not so much effective for becoming a delegator? I wonder how Optimism Collective treats Offchain contributors.
If they don’t have many tokens but have a lot of contributions, would it be possible to have an opportunity to be delegated? Or currently, wouldn’t it have any use cases of badges, amount of contribution time/likes among other things?
