Season 7: Chain Delegation Program Amendment

The program has been in existence for a year, it is designed to delegate 250k subchains that collect at least 1 ETH per month.

Protocol Upgrade: Superchain Registry 2.0

Add criteria for Superchains:

  • new chains must use the OP Contract Manager (OPCM) to deploy L1 smart contracts
  • ability to deploy a chain before publishing to the ledger
  • increased security requirements and protection against failures not directly related to bytecode

I consider this a positive development, so voting for it will contribute to the development of Optimism.
