Which start and end date to look at for Optimism builder grants?

Hi @Gonna.eth, We have been trying to figure out the exact deadline for our builder grant, which was created in season 5 (3/25/2024) and approved on May 8, 2024. Would the deadline be May or March 2025? Or, in other words, which start date does the grant council use for the 12-month lock-up?

The day the grants council gives the approval and the data is sent to the foundation. May 8 in this case, as always is better if you post the proposal link so I can confirm.

Here is our proposal on Charmverse.

Just to be clear, by the 8th of May 2025, all milestones of this proposal should be delivered/submitted.

Correct, try to report at least 10 days prior to the date and tag Pgov in your proposal comments when you make te report

I was wondering if you could kindly let me know what the format of the report should be? Would it be possible to submit the report in the form of comments in the Charmverse? (I also noticed there is a place in the milestones to submit progress).

Tagging @Juanbug_PGov from Milestones and Metrics, so they may indicate preferred format (if any) and best place to submit report.
