Post SuperStacks Claiming.
It’s now more than one week since the SuperStacks claim website went live.
TBH, the SuperStacks results were disappointing for many. With only 6,387 out of 53,425 participants receiving rewards, and as expected emotions ran high in the channel.
I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge and thank Fatemeh 
for her exceptional community management throughout the entire campaign. 
Outstanding Community Leadership
From the campaign’s launch to its conclusion, she demonstrated professionalism and patience that deserves recognition. Managing a community during a high-stakes incentive campaign is never easy, but she handled it with grace.
What stood out:
Consistent Communication - She was always available to answer questions, clarify requirements, and provide updates
Professional Under Pressure - Despite facing criticism about allocation results and disappointed participants, she maintained a calm, helpful demeanor
Responsive Support - Quick to help users troubleshoot issues with pool participation, chain bridging, and technical problems
Handling Difficult Moments
Throughout the backlash and frustration from community members, Fatemeh:
- Remained empathetic while staying factual
- Didn’t make promises she couldn’t keep
- Kept the discussion constructive even when things got heated
This level of professionalism during community frustration is rare and invaluable.
