Special Voting Cycle #31b Decisions
Our rationales for Special Voting Cycle #31b below.
Chain Delegation Program Amendment: FOR
We consider the prioritization of the Standard Rollup Charter as a fundamental requirement for participating in the program to be an appropriate adjustment, as unifying all chains under a single framework is essential. Additionally, aligning the Chain Delegation Program eligibility criteria with the broader Season 7 Intent is a coherent approach. This position reconfirms our previous support during Voting Cycle#29 of Season 6: Standard Rollup Charter Ratification: In Favor. We voted FOR ratifying this framework. The Standard Rollup Charter is key to ensuring safeguards, such as granting Chain Governors the right to block protocol upgrades that specifically impact their chains.
Security Council Cohort B: We voted FOR:
- OP Labs
- L2BEAT
- Gauntlet
- Test in Prod
- Yoav Weiss

After a thorough evaluation of all candidates, we have selected the following individuals, considering their previous experience both within and outside the Token House, their geographic and jurisdictional diversity, their reputation, and our aim to achieve a balance between organizational and individual candidates for these Security Council roles, taking into account those already active through Cohort A.
We have chosen six members to fill the available seats. However, we acknowledge that there were other highly qualified candidates who are well-suited to meet the expectations of this critical role. Therefore, we would like to extend our appreciation to all applicants for their interest in contributing to this important position.
