Excited to apply to be a Reviewer as part of the Milestone and Metrics Council to continue advancing accountability on the deployment of funds as I’ve done for the last almost 2 years. I’m certain my experience with mixed methods (quant+qual) will enable us to improve the Collective’s measurement and delivery of an outstanding builder experience.

Expertise:
- I’ve consistently applied my expertise in measuring, analyzing, and reporting on outputs and outcomes to enhance the Optimism Collective—evidenced by my selection to the Feedback Commission for Evaluation Algorithms in Season 7 due to past contributions.

- Before transitioning to Web3, I worked at Branch International and Revolut, where I led the creation and automation of processes to review, disburse, and monitor $1 million USD in weekly loan flows. I am confident this experience will be paramount to set up a smooth Grant disbursement process from the ground.
- Through my work with the Grants Innovation Lab, I’ve demonstrated extensive experience in evaluating, analyzing, and crafting reports on Grants Program outcomes in an actionable and verifiable manner.
- I’m constantly looking to innovate in the evaluation realm as can be demonstrated by my collaboration in founding up Eval.Science and new explorations leveraging Counterfactuals and other scientific methods for impact evaluation.
Reputation:

- I have participated as a Badgeholder since Season 3 going above and beyond by hosting sessions to support others in onramping into the role, exploring improvements and creating tools to generate new data for evaluation of applicants.
- During Season 6, as a top 100 delegate, I contributed to multiple sessions of the Grants Council leading to open sourcing information sources on grant performance and brainstorming sessions to better leverage the Developer Advisory Board.
- I’ve been part of the Feedback Commission since it’s inception in Season 6 and now going into Season 7 actively contributing to how metagovernance is shaped in the Collective.
- My reputation and experience has also led to collaborations with the Optimism Foundation and Ethereum Foundation.
Impartiality:
I will prioritize data-driven objectivity (prioritizing onchain and public data) to ensure all milestone decisions, assessing and reporting of grant outcomes are fair and transparent. I will also contribute to the success of all teams equally where necessary and possible as an M&M Reviewer.
Alignment:
I commit to disclosing any conflict of interest that could impact impartial decision-making in this role if it were to arise. My aim is to ensure each grant and milestone tangibly advances the Collective’s overall growth.
Ops Sec:
I will apply best practices in operational security, including secure multisig management, timely transaction reviews, and appropriate encryption tools. I am prepared to coordinate closely with the Grants Council (GC) and DAB signers to ensure safe and efficient fund disbursements.
