Expertise: I am an engineer and architect by education with over a decade in applying complex information processing concepts to multiyear capital allocation modals for civil and private construction financing projects in NYC and abroad, generally in the $100MM range. Joining this experience with the support of StableLab’s proven track record in applied governance frameworks, including designing incentive programs and smart contract mechanisms that ensure automated and transparent milestone assessments. Through our proprietary Forse analytics platform, we equip DAOs with actionable insights by automating the monitoring and reporting of protocol metrics in real time, enabling data-driven decision-making for milestones and outcomes. Reputation: StableLab is a recognized leader in DAO governance, collaborating deeply with protocols like MakerDAO, Aave, Arbitrum, Compound, and Uniswap to enhance operational efficiency. Notably well in advance of joining StableLab, I’ve contributed consistently to Optimism RPGF allocations and accountability since Round 2, helping refine key metrics for iterative retroactive rounds. I help support multiple DAOs as measured by top 1% of treasury holdings; with StableLab in support we seek to lift dozens of DeFi and L2 DAOs and thousands of key deciders with data and metrics. This reflects our team’s natural alignment with Optimism’s vision and our expertise in designing governance frameworks with measurable outcomes.
Impartiality: I will maintain strict objectivity and fairness in assessing metrics and outcomes. I will evaluate projects based on merit and alignment with established goals, ensuring unbiased milestone evaluations using onchain data when available.
Operational Security: I will adhere to industry-best practices in operational security, ensuring reliability in Safe multisig wallet management, secure voting spaces, and robust terminal uptime. My operational track record demonstrates the precision and accountability required for the Reviewer role.

I operate across various DAO ecosystems and maintain neutrality and professional integrity in all roles. I have no conflicts of interest that would impact my impartiality or decision-making within the Milestones and Metrics Council.
Representative Removal Acknowledgment
I understand that I may be removed from this role via the Representative Removal proposal type in the Operating Manual.
KYC Compliance
I understand that KYC verification will be required to receive Council rewards at the end of Season 7.
Agreement with the Foundation
I understand that I will need to sign an agreement with the Foundation prior to onboarding.
Grant Policy Compliance
I understand that I will be responsible for delivering grants in accordance with the Collective Grant Policies and following any reporting/accounting requirements set by the Foundation.
Time Commitment
I commit to dedicating 15 hours per week to Council responsibilities. StableLab’s team structure ensures that we can meet these commitments consistently, allowing us to focus on timely milestone evaluations and active participation in all Council activities.
