Milestone and Metrics Council Self-Nomination: @Pumbi for SEEDGov

After several seasons of contributing in various capacities to Optimism, I am excited to apply for the role of Reviewer position on the Milestones and Metrics Council, representing SEEDGov. It represents a great opportunity to further promote transparency and create a meaningful impact in the Ecosystem.

Expertise:

  • Governance Experience:
    As a collaborator for SEEDGov, I contributed to the Code of Conduct Council during Season 6 and was recently selected as a GovNERD to serve the Token House in Season 7, working alongside @Bunnic and @alexsotodigital . This recognition reflects the trust placed in me and highlights my deep understanding of governance frameworks and processes, as well as my ability to contribute effectively to key initiatives.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    As a member of the SEEDGov team, I contributed to developing detailed reports on delegate participation and incentives during Seasons 5 (link) and Season 6 (link). These reports provided valuable insights that informed governance processes and shaped delegate reward decisions. This experience highlights my proficiency in analyzing complex datasets and delivering clear, actionable findings to support strategic decision-making and additionally, having the ability to interpret data and pay attention to details.

  • Technical and Operational Background:
    I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and possess advanced expertise in designing and managing databases. For instance, I played a key role in developing several trackers that were crucial for both the OP Foundation and GovNERDs, showcasing my ability to deliver impactful solutions during my collaborations to the GovNERDs’ contribution path.

I have experience managing multisig safes, ensuring secure and efficient handling of transactions while strictly adhering to industry best practices in operational security.
