Areta specializes in helping foundations and DAOs establish and grow decentralized governance structures. Our core focus is setting up systems for effective capital allocation to support ecosystem growth.

We have developed and led key capital allocation initiatives in leading DeFi ecosystems, leading to significant TVL growth, innovation, protocol security and overall ecosystem growth. The following are selected examples of our work across various DAO ecosystems:

  • Uniswap Foundation Security Subsidy Fund: Launch of the $1m subsidy fund to optimize security investment and ecosystem growth in Uniswap. Read more here.
  • Arbitrum Security Subsidy Fund: Development of up to $2.5m subsidy fund to strengthen protocol security and drive innovation in the Arbitrum ecosystem. Read more here.
  • Uniswap-Arbitrum Grant Program: Set up of $1m+ Uniswap-Arbitrum Grant Program to foster cross-ecosystem growth across Uniswap and Arbitrum. Read more here.
  • Arbitrum RWA Innovation Grants Program: Launch of 300k ARB grants program to expand Arbitrum’s RWA vertical and grow RWA-based TVL contributions in Arbitrum. Read more here.

Areta is a top-25 delegate in:

  • Arbitrum;
  • Aave; and
  • ZKsync.

Additionally, Areta holds an elected position as a member of the Arbitrum DAO Procurement Committee and serves as a multi-sig signer in Uniswap DAO.

Areta is also a key contributor in other ecosystems including dYdX, Safe, and Polygon.
