We’re voting FOR the proposal.
First off, we believe that narrowing the scope of Season 7 to a single intent might prove be a great way to focus the entire Collective’s efforts and yield greater results.
One thing we’d like to point out is that there wasn’t much community-wide discussion about what the intent should be, nor was there any community-wide feedback (other than the CFC’s feedback) to inform the intent. While the Foundation could have facilitated more community participation, we don’t believe that was their fault or responsibility.
We should try to get the broader Collective more involved in the process of deciding on an intent. To that end, during Season 7, we’ll host some calls and discussions to encourage community participation and feedback.
