GRAVITY DAO Training Offers Multiple High-Impact Learning Opportunities

help us understand and apply effective ADR techniques to resolve conflicts peacefully and efficiently. We will learn to identify different types of conflicts, facilitate communication between disputing parties, and reach mutually beneficial agreements.

This training can help us develop strong and inclusive communication skills to build trust and collaboration in Web3 communities including learning to listen actively, convey ideas clearly, and handle disagreements respectfully.
-Gravity DAO can teach us how to identify early warning signs of conflict and take proactive steps to prevent it. This can include establishing clear governance structures, setting community codes of conduct, and promoting a culture of open dialogue
-Working in the fast-paced environment of Web3 can be stressful. Gravity DAO training can help us develop strategies to maintain our mental health and manage stress effectively

Community Building: I have successfully built and managed communities for various blockchain projects, fostering engagement, organizing events, and facilitating discussions to encourage growth and collaboration.

Project Management: I have led and contributed to several blockchain projects outside of Optimism, demonstrating strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively meet deadlines.
3.Technical Expertise: With a background in IT pentesting and bug hunting, I bring technical expertise in web development, cybersecurity, and programming languages such as SQL, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and Python, which can be a plus in various aspects of the role.
These experiences have equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role and make a meaningful contribution to the sub-committee’s goals.
