  1. Can completely new app developers contact someone for advice, a general app review, and preparation for a potential grant?
  2. Are interesting projects at a very early stage rewarded?
  3. Does a new app developer with no connections to well-known figures in the crypto world have any chance of receiving a grant?
  4. Is there support at various stages of app development?

What steps should a newbie who has created a great app take to get some support or advice from Optimism?

  2. There’s the OP Grants Council that funds contributions aligning with Seasonal Intents. You can explore this and open grants on OP Atlas - https://atlas.optimism.io/

  3. Yes, lots of “new” project ideas have been funded. They would need to align with the metrics and goals outlined at S8 Governance Fund Missions

  4. Yes, this is also something that the DAB should be able to help with as mentioned above
