- Citizens’ House: Budget Board Member Ratification joint vote concluded April 30
- Maintenance Upgrade: Optimistically approved for Isthmus Activation & Blob Preimage Fix

- Marcus coordinated voting announcements for Cycle #36 and Maintenance Upgrade
- Fuji and Bunnic managed Citizens’ House communications and posted results
- Joint House Community Call held April 22 with DAB Office Hours

- Format Evolution: Create more flexible structure vs. formal presentations
- Enhanced Participation Approach: The team recommended shifting from passive open calls to proactive outreach, with scheduling and better tracking for new delegates.
