Cycle 35 Outlook:
- 28 new applications for TVL Growth submitted
- 4 new Audit Requests submitted (so far)

Grants Council discusses delegate onboarding and allocates 10 million budget in Season 7,
- Cycle 33 granted 4.7 million OP to protocols
- Cycle 34 granted over 1.3 million OP
Futarchy Experiment

Futarchy experiment involved 431 unique forecasters making almost 6,000 trades
- Top projects from Futarchy experiment will receive 100K OP grants for user incentives
- Three out of five projects selected by the Futarchy forcasters matched Grants Council selections
- Different incentives were discussed so that grant winners truly seek to increase the TVL, and continue building a lasting relationship with the OP Collective.
- We all commented on how much fun the experience was and how eager everyone is to play again. Patience is encouraged, so we can learn from this iteration first.
