Change sorting from Alphabetical to Shuffle

When checking retroPGF projects on agora now it is sorting alphabetically.
This may give some people an advantage, whereas items starting with ‘Z’ will receive the least exposure.

Let’s provide all retroPGF participants with a fair chance by making Shuffle the default sorting option.

I see it as a fair way for projects to receive equal exposure.

Can also shift to shuffle as default too.
