I decided to create this thread on the forum by analogy with the previous Airdrop threads.
In addition, I have questions about the conditions for receiving this drop.
It would be good if those who implemented the selection of addresses answered these questions:
- Do I understand correctly that Bonus Rewards are taken into account only in combination with Base Rewards? That is, if a user has several Bonus Rewards, but there are no conditions for Base Rewards, then the user will not receive anything?
- Were there any address exclusions for any other requirements (sanctions, blacklists, amount of funds, etc.)?
- What should users do who are sure that they meet the official requirements, but their addresses are not on the list?

This Drop #5 is disappointing from a governance perspective:
=By setting a delegation bonus criteria without factoring in the activity of the chosen delegate, we’re basically telling people, "Delegate once, pick anyone, and forget about it. " I see people flagged as “active_delegator” who delegated to delegates that NEVER vote and of course there’s no incentive to change if you reward them for it.
= The discoverability of delegate activity on the Agora platform is almost non-existent. The fact that the foundation doesn’t promote alternative sources of delegate visibility during massive delegation events like airdrops is very disappointing.
During this drop 5, a new cohort of OP holders will once again delegate their voting power to inactive delegates. How disappointing, What a missed opportunity…

Hey the Base rewards calculation are wrong when compared to blockchain data or there is a blacklist. Example: 0x8feafd5e0fcefdd2624906c0f913d563306aae17
This wallet is mine: it should have gotten airdrop using OP criteria, around 3500 OP, it wasn’t eligible.
HAS yet to see the code they used to calculate this for all wallets from OP side.
I haven’t seen a blacklist but I am suspected these exists as all active wallets linked to my main hot wallet didn’t get anything whilst wallets I use on another network, phone etc. All got the airdrop despite having little to none on chain activity besides supporting my Bot wallets

@system Tell us, do you have any information about whether there is a blacklist for the airdrop?
I understand that maybe you can’t disclose it, but users have a problem that no one can help them with except you
The second issue is about delegates, which was voiced by @latruite.eth .
Indeed, in the future it is necessary to take into account active delegates, and not just delegations to nowhere
